Raw footage of the opening segment of the 5:30 One Ocean on July 7, 2013
Filmed with a Nikon D3100 and a 55-300mm AF VR lens
Whales: Trua, Malia, Makaio, Nalani, Kayla, and Katina
Sorry about the shakiness in some of this! It's a bit all over the place at times too, and I apologize. This trip was my first time using my new camera to film any high action things (Hence, why I had some problems focusing and keeping the camera on the whales xD) it'll take me a few more trips before I master the art of filming the whales! Still, there's a lot of good stuff in here, and I did manage to capture most of the behaviors at least halfway decently haha xD I hope you enjoy!
*Note: You can use my footage without asking, however, I do ask that you credit me and I would love to see what you do with the footage as well! :D -The only exception to this rule would be using this footage to help support any argument for or against captivity. This footage can only be used in videos that are unbiased/neutral Thank you!
