When I heard this song at the end of the Hunger Games, I knew it would make a really cool MEP, and so here it is!
There aren't really any rules for this MEP, but the tone of the song is very dark and suspenseful, so incorporating that into your part is a must. Other than that you can knock yourself out with whatever you want to do!
