WHAT IS ONE LAST FIGHT?
One Last Fight is a roguelike card-based roleplaying game where 1-4 players journey to defeat their final Nemesis - or die trying. The players create their adventurers’ backstories together, establish the story of their Nemesis, and work together to overcome a gauntlet of Challenges & Moments (both physical and personal) until they find themselves in their Nemesis’ Lair. There, the adventurers meet their fate and battle their Nemesis head to head.
One Last Fight is a storytelling-focused game where you embark on a new journey every time you play. There are two ways for One Last Fight to end. Either the Nemesis is defeated for good… or you will die.
Many opportunities exist to shake up your game experience:
- Multiple characters & nemeses to choose from
- Choices of storytelling prompts & questions on the cards
- Deck-building at the start of each game, ensuring different Challenge & Moment cards in every game
Backers of the Kickstarter campaign will have access to rocking rewards such as expansion content, t-shirts, dice bags, life counters, pins and more.
WHAT IS KICKSTARTER?
Kickstarter is a crowdfunding platform that allows creators and companies to raise funding for new and innovative products and ideas. You are not charged for your pledge if the project fails to meet its funding goal. Note that Kickstarter is not a store—you are investing in the development of a product, and that comes with risks of failure.
GALLANT GOBLIN KICKSTARTER REVIEW POLICY
Due to the aforementioned risks of Kickstarter, The Gallant Goblin screens all Kickstarter projects prior to reviewing them on our channel. This applies to both general reviews and reviews sponsored by the company running the Kickstarter. We only review Kickstarters that meet our criteria of:
1) creating a product we believe is of interest to our community
2) being a project from either a company with a good Kickstarter track record or that promises a product that looks to have a low risk of failure
