In the final part of this feelgood trilogy, I'm looking at how resource depletion led systems collapse, as modeled in The Limits to Growth and elsewhere, might play out in the immediate future. Our situation is unique, as are they all, but societies have collapsed in the past due to resource depletion, and so can offer us insight into what that would look like and even how to mitigate it, perhaps. Or perhaps not.
