And the second day of Xmas is Father Ted (1995-1998), a British sitcom about three Irish Roman Catholic priests exiled to a remote island. Created by Graham Linehan and Arthur Mathews, the series stars Dermot Morgan, Ardal O'Hanlon, Frank Kelly, and Pauline McLynn. It's as sharp as it is funny, and well worth watching.
