Polly-"I should get back home" *while trying to get away, but in a way loving the way the guy is touching her. She had been with the guy for months now, behind Michaels back. She enjoyed that he had money and the passion to satisfy herself with him. *
John-"No, stay just for me" * Kissing her in the neck*
Polly-"I have to"* pushes him away, smiles and walks away slowly*
Nat and Alex were just little kids; Nat was 9 and Alex 7. Michael was the only one to take care of them, and support them. They were never that rich or poor. Michael was frustrated and sad all the time, he never really want to believe that Polly doesn't love him anymore. Although he tries to hide his depression, Nat is not a fool, he realizes that his dad is not happy, all the arguments his parents have, and his childhood was never that great either. His mom never liked him, she only preferred Alex, Nat may ignore that fact but deep inside, he knows it's true.
The night went on and again he heard his parents argue and he sat next to his bed crying and wishing his life would end.
Allie-"Mom oh stop, ahh" *laughs since her mom was tickling her, trying to run away but trapped.
Laura-"Alright, time to go to sleep" *sitting in Allie's bed*
Jim-"Where are my two favorite girls?"* coming inside the room*
Allie-"Daddy!"*runs to him and gives a big hug while Laura comes to join*
Jim-"Ah- so much love, I love it"
Allie-"I love it too daddy, I love both of you" *hugs them tightly*
Jim-"Alright, enough is enough, time to go bed now" Let's go and carries Allie to her bed, gave her a goodnight kiss, smiled and left while Laura did the same.
Allie's life was quiet different from Nat and Alex, she had everything, she was rich and the love of her parents was never a problem. She smiled before she closed her eyes. Finally she went to sleep while hugging her bear.
The next day came, Allie had woken up and ran to the dining room and saw her parents having breakfast.
Allie-"Good morning" * went to kiss them in the cheek and sat down.*
Jim-"Well its Saturday, any plans for today?"*while eating his fruits*
Allie-"Mind if I go to Kristina's house?"
Laura-"Sure, that girl is sweet; her mom is a great person to talk to"
Jim-"Girl time"
Allie-"Yeah, thanks mom" *Eats her cereal*
Nat-"Good morning dad" *kisses him in the cheek but when he goes to his mom, she simple moves away*
Alex-"hey mom! How's it going dad" *kisses them both in the cheek*
Polly-"here you go Alex"
Michael-"how about Nat?"
Polly-"he is a big kid, he can take care of himself"*walks away*
Michael-"where are you going now?"*stand ups and follows her*
Polly-"I have a life, not like you that sits around and does nothing, leave me alone"
Michael-"I'm up to here with you!"
Polly-"Really, then why not get divorced!" * faces him with temper*
Michael-"You would want that, how about your kids!" *yelling at her*
Polly-"oh please, the only kid I loved is Alex; Nat, well he could go to-"
Nat and Alex were hearing behind the wall, Alex hugged Nat tightly wile Nat tried not to cry. Michael realized it and asked them to go to the park but not be at home for a while. Michael grabbed her arm and took her their room.
Michael-"don't you dare! Who do you think you are?!"
Polly-"Who do you think you are!?" *gets away from him*
Michael-"I'm tired of you treated our son like is worthless! You know he is smart and capable!"
Polly-"oh please"
Michael-" Don't-, you know what? You should go! You don't appreciate the family you have now!"
Polly-"Best idea you have ever given to me but no"
Michael-"what do you want!?"
Polly-"I'm not stupid to go now, I'll decide when I'll go" *leaves proudly and closes the door*
Michael-"ah" *hits the door*
Alex-"I bet she didn't mean it, she was just mad"* touches his shoulder*
Nat-"Right, you may be right"
Alex-"Come on, let's go play and have fun. Forget everything."*smiling and soon he made Nat smile*
Nat-"Fine, let's go play"
Alex-"Tag, you're it!"*runs as fast as he can, he ran to the park although he ran fast, Nat was faster and tagged him and when he did, they fell down to the grass*
Nat-*laughs*"oh Alex, some energy you have"
Alex-"Milk is paying off"
Nat-"Guess so, the sky is beautiful, isn't it?" *looking at the sky*
Alex-"Yeah, do you think we will ever get to fly out of New York and go to different places? "
Nat-"There's always a possibility, we could have anything we want"
Alex-"I love you Nat"
Nat-"I love you too Alex"
