Michael finally smiled although Alex had nightmares about his mom ever since she left but nothing worse. Sometimes Nat waited in front of the door with the hopes that Polly would show up but nothing. After a week Allie and Kristina went to the mall, and saw Nat and Alex eating with their dad. Allie and Kristina went up to them but Nat never really paid attention, his thoughts were only on his mom, he never really talked to anyone anymore.
Allie-"Hey, Nat" * sitting next to him*
Nat-"huh, Allie"?
Allie-"I haven't seen you in quite a while"
Kristina-"Yeah"
Alex-"Nat and I have been busy"
Michael-"I'll let you guys hang out, Nat I'll be waiting in the car"
Nat-"Alright"
Allie & Kristina-"Nice meeting you Mr. Wolff"*Michael just smiles at them and leaves*
Nat-*eating his burger*
Alex-"you girls want anything? It's on us."
Allie-"I'll just have a bottle of water"
Alex-"You're not hungry?"
Allie-"I'm alright"
Kristina-"Well I'm! I'll have a burger with fries"
Alex-"Awesome, be right back *smiles and leaves*"
Kristina-"Wait!"*goes after him*
Nat-"You sure you don't want anything?"
Allie-"I'm positive"
Nat-"Alright"
Allie-"What have you been up too lately?"
Nat-"My brother and I have been learning instruments, going great"
Allie-"Planning to be a musician or something"
Nat-"Hopefully, I have the full support of my dad. I've been trying to write songs."
Allie-"That's great, I bet your mom is also proud of you"
Nat-"Yeah"
Allie-"By the way, where is your mom?"
Nat-"eh...-"*gets interrupted by Alex and Kristina*
Kristina-"Super hungry" *starts to eat*
Alex-*laughs*" A girl with appetite, I love that *winks at her*
Nat-*laughs*
Allie-"A little kid that knows how to flirt"
Alex-"Soon to be a grown man"
Kristina-"Ready for school?"
Alex-"NoI rather not go"
Nat-"I don't wanna go to school"
Allie-"Yeah"*laughs*
After they talk for a bit longer, Nat and Alex decide to go. Allie and Kristina went home as well. Weeks passed and school was about to start. Nat wrote songs, he wrote the song the "Mama Don't Let me Cry" After Michael went through he asked Nat to save it, he tried hard not tear up. Later on Alex stopped having those nightmares. After school started, Nat, Alex, Allie, and Kristina became great friends, they hang out a lot, and the girls went over to Nat and Alex house to do homework or watch them perform some of their covers or songs Nat wrote that were not quiet finished. Years passed, Nat was 16 and Alex 12, they were doing great, their life was getting better, although Nat always went to his tree at night, a tree were he could actually sit on and view everything nicely. He wonders if his mom still remembers them and if one day she will come back. He got to admit, he didn't feel sad but at times mad at herhe thought, how could a mom leave her kids but his goal was still in his mind. Nat and Alex went to the parks to sing their songs to the public, sometimes Allie and Kristina were the only audience. One day when they went home, they saw Michael with few people, they seem adults with instruments.
Nat-"Hey dad, who are they?" * putting his guitar down*
Alex-"Hey dad"
Michael-"I would like for you guys to meet your band mates, Boris Pelekh, Jake Hertzog, Misty Boyce, and Chris Muir. *Pointing each and one of them*
Boris Pelekh.Jake Hertzog. Misty Boyce. Chris Muir.-"Hey guys"
Boris-"Ready to rock!"
Alex-"I'm with you!"
They all meet each other and talk about their ideas and what could work better, the guys were funny and had fun. Nat asked his to come with him to the kitchen to talk privately.
Nat-"Thanks dad" *hugging him*
Michael-"You're Welcome kiddo"
Nat-"Thanks for making my dream come true, love you"
Michael-"I just want to see you happy, I will always love you. Never forget that." *hugs him tight*
Chris-"Lets fill in the hug, GROUP HUG!" *Everyone does so*
