This 15-minute harmonic recitation of the Sacred Six Syllable Mantra is designed to build a protective spiritual energy field around the space in which it is played. Om Mani Padme Hum is a foundational sacred formula transmitted through esoteric Buddhism and Taoist mysticism. Across many different traditions of Buddhism across North, South, Southeast, and East Asia, and indigenous folk practices of magic, shamanism, and spirit mediumship, this Mantra is revered for its powers of spiritual protection, clearing poisonous or baneful energy, and consecrating ritual space.
No matter where or how you branch off from here, this is the common ground many of us as pan-Asian practitioners of mystery traditions will start from.

In Part 1 of our tour of Papus, I lectured at you and you may or may not have listened to me summarizing the Tarot of the Bohemians in all its arcane glory.

In Part 2 we’ll walk through a divination approach found in Tarot of the Bohemians (1889). You’ll be separating out the Minors into the four suits, choosing a suit based on the subject matter of the inquiry, casting cards from the suit only, then casting cards from the Majors, all working within a 7-card spread that calls upon the Holy Trinity and the quarternary ROTA.
There is an optional expansion of the basic method where you augment the 7 cards with a 12-card astrological house reading.
