91 years ago, in her 23rd year of service, RMS Olympic was approaching the Eastern Coast of the United States when a thick fog rolled in. Olympic slowed her engines and tried to make contact with the Nantucket Lightship. Suddenly, the Lightship appeared directly ahead of the Olympic, and the ship slammed through the tiny vessel, sinking her in just 30 seconds.
