Karaoke version of one of the most beautiful ballads by Croatian singer/songwriter/pianist Oliver Dragojevic. This is a home recording using Band-in-a-Box 2010. Unlike many other karaoke playbacks all instruments here are audio, not MIDI.
Feel free to use it, but be so kind and leave a pleasing comment. If you don't like it refrain from scolding me. Produce your own instead.
Side note:
Even though Oliver Dragojevic is a fabulous pianist the track contains almost no piano. This is because I am a piano player myself and I produced this song only to use it on my live gigs where I sing and play the piano on top of the playback. So if you are a pianist AND singer you are even luckier to have found this vid! :-)
Ignore the Solfeggio nomenclature if you are unfamiliar with it. It is there for my own purpose and it was too much of a hassle to remove it only for this video.
However here is the translation:
DO = C
RE = D
MI = E
FA = F
SOL = G
LA = A
SI = B(H)
Small caps are for minor chords, for instance "re" means D-minor whereas RE means D-Major. Letters in brackets are bass notes differing from the chords general bass. In this case I used the regular writing method (c, d, e, f, g, a, h). It all makes perfect sense after you have gotten used to it.
PS: I don't speak Croatian, but I love their music and I sing it accent free! ;-)
The song was recorded and uploaded in WAV format at 44,1 Khz, 16 bit. So if you download it, don't make it an MP3 unless you wanna f*** up the quality!
