The vinyl LP was played on a Pro-Ject turntable, recorded directly to computer using a NAD digital pre-amp and VinylStudio software then processed to CD-quality using Audacity software.
The video was created in Movie Maker, where the images and the music track were assembled into the final product.
Creating just one video such as this from a single track on a vinyl LP takes around fifteen minutes from start to finish.
One side of a six-track-per-side LP therefore takes around ninety minutes to create.

$Berceuse from Dolly, by Christian Steiner and his Orchestra. A track from the Readers Digest triple CD album Instrumental Magic - Romantic Piano Moods, released in 2004. This track comes from CD #3, A Lovers Concerto. Many berceuses - or cradlesongs - achieve their restful quality through the use of a never-changing figure in the accompaniment. This, always the same in tempo and notes, gives a languorous effect of its own which, coupled with a gently-moving melody, would make the most fractious child settle down. Gabriel Faure (1845-1924) employed these components for a lullaby in his set of six pieces for piano duet called Dolly. Christian Steiner (1937) was born in Berlin, Germany. He studied at the Berlin Hoschschule fur Musik. He recorded for Readers Digest and performed with the renowned pianist Earl Wild. In addition to being a pianist he was a known photographer of his fellow musicians. This track was recorded directly to computer from the CD and processed using Audacity software. The video was created in Movie Maker, where the images and the music track were assembled into the final product. Creating just one video such as this from a single track on a CD takes around fifteen minutes from start to finish, therefore an eighteen-track CD takes more than three hours to process.$
