This track comes from CD #3, "A Lover's Concerto".

Many berceuses - or cradlesongs - achieve their restful quality through the use of a never-changing figure in the accompaniment. This, always the same in tempo and notes, gives a languorous effect of its own which, coupled with a gently-moving melody, would make the most fractious child settle down.
Gabriel Faure (1845-1924) employed these components for a lullaby in his set of six pieces for piano duet called 'Dolly'.

Christian Steiner (1937) was born in Berlin, Germany. He studied at the Berlin Hoschschule fur Musik. He recorded for Reader's Digest and performed with the renowned pianist Earl Wild. In addition to being a pianist he was a known photographer of his fellow musicians.

This track was recorded directly to computer from the CD and processed using Audacity software.
The video was created in Movie Maker, where the images and the music track were assembled into the final product.
Creating just one video such as this from a single track on a CD takes around fifteen minutes from start to finish, therefore an eighteen-track CD takes more than three hours to process.
