This trick is quite difficult, and there are many modes of failure. I would compare this with Cookie Clip in terms of difficulty. This saves roughly 16s compared with the previous method of completing floor 4. Since this doesn't require CB, it can be done in all categories.

I'll probably make another video on this trick, actually explaining how to do it, since I know a lot more than this video shows. The important part is that, when making the first Vine, Ammy has to be right of the middle black line in the gold section of the ceiling. If she's left of it, she'll either slide up the wall in-bounds, or she'll get stuck on the ceiling and the Vine will break without pulling her out of bounds.

Once Ammy is OoB, you must cut the Vine at the right time. The window is p forgiving, I think. If you cut it too early, Ammy will not have enough height, and the 2nd Vine will pull her in-bounds to the other side of the gate (at which point you can jump down and try the trick again if you want). If you cut it too early, the tackle bounce will clip Ammy back up through the floor, also on the other side of the gate.

Once you've cut the 1st Vine and done the tackle bounce hold right on the left analogue stick. Then, you'll want to clip the camera into the wall. This is kinda finicky, but it seems like angling the camera parallel to the wall and holding right on the left analogue stick, then rebrushing, works fairly consistently. If the camera clips all the way to the other side of the wall, you can do the same thing, except hold left on the stick. This all should be done near the peak of Ammy's bounce. At that point, you just have to Vine again, and Ammy should get stuck on the good side of the gate, at which point the Vine will break and you can dash to the loading zone.

In NG+ it may be faster to cut the 1st vine as soon as Ammy clips through the ceiling, at which point you could perform a well-timed KT to clip through the floor of the bridge room, then simply KT into the loading zone like normal. Someone please time this.
