You can clip through the courtyard area near the restaurant, which allows you to quickly get out of the canals here. You can't normally jump straight out of the canals, and instead have to jump onto one of the lowered platforms first, but this ceiling clip makes it efficient to collect this bull horn, which isn't otherwise an efficient treasure for All Brushes.

My first PB in over 2 years! Ive had very little time to run in all this time, but I was finally able to practice enough to not flub the huge advantage I had over my last PB from all the new tricks and optimizations discovered since then.
Theres a lot to improve from here. In terms of major time losses, those are:
-Ryo Stair Clip (30s)
-Blockhead Clip (2m)
-Fire Tablet Skip (3m)
-Shinshu Plateau Demon Boost (47s) (I actually got this really quickly... and then slipped off the plateau trying to jump up to the thunderdome )
-Oki Skip (I lost 70s on this split, though a big part of that was trying to figure out a way to lose negative godhood)
-Wawku Cannon Room (1m)
A lot of the rest of the time loss comes down to general sloppiness: suboptimal movement, early/late cutscene skips, bad fights, slow brushing, etc.. That level of confidence will come if and when I do more and more runs.
Turbo start was used to skip cutscenes. Turbo jump was used primarily to swim faster and occasionally to jump immediately after landing.

A small improvement over the last run. I saved a lot of time in places like Blockhead Clip and Fire Tablet Skip, but I also lost a lot of time:
-Wawku Defrost boosts (almost 3m)
-CC Skip (50s)
-Awesome Skip (80s)
-Wawku Cannon Room (almost 2m, though that was largely to do with using all Inkfinity stones on the defrost boosts)
-Ryo Stair clip (1m)
-Paper Clip into Tsuta (1m)
And just general slop overall.
