Chrono Skip is the name for skipping the Tsuta Intro Cutscene trigger when leaving Tsuta Ruins. This is normally unnecessary, as defeating Spider Queen places you outside Tsuta, but since Half Blue Skip makes the Agata bridge unnecessary, we can skip the Spider Queen. As a result, it's fastest to just leave the dungeon immediately after getting Vine. This video demonstrates a fast way to double jump over the trigger relatively consistently.
This probably saves just a couple seconds over the existing method of KT'less Chrono Skip, where you do a Sliding Ground Tackle off one of the Vines on the left.
