An exclusive mono to stereo remix and remaster of “Oh Well (Pt.1)” by Fleetwood Mac. The song was written and sung by guitarist Peter Green for the 1969 album “Then Play On.” The 9-minute album version was edited into two parts for the single, with part-1 being on the record’s A-side and part-2 on the B-side. The single peaked at No. 2 on the U.K. music charts and was more of a popular FM radio play in the U.S. When Cream disbanded, Fleetwood Mac’s early years had a high potential of becoming the next supergroup. But with Green’s indulgence in drug use, the band fractured to barely existing until drummer Mick Fleetwood and bassist John McVie teamed up with Christine McVie, Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham to reinvent themselves into becoming a premier pop band in the mid-70s.
