This happened in the ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT IN FORT WORTH TEXAS when it used to be BUSY! Over Policing is the reason I think people are not even bothering to go over there. Who wants to go out for a good time yet risk towing, citations. excessive force or an arrest. I tried to tell them- but no one listens to me! This has caused many businesses to go bankrupt especially the bars and restaurants! And most of these businesses were given incentives from the city and tax breaks to launch their business. WHAT HAPPENED MAYOR!? There is a difference between promising party goers they will be safe to allowing police without any accountability to do their worst to innocent citizens,
