This lifestyle center opened in April 2006 on the site of the former Atlas Terminals industrial park, which dated back to the early 1900s. The area started as farmland, became home to factories and warehouses (once hosting companies like General Electric, Kraft, and Westinghouse), and was redeveloped into a community destination with renovated historic buildings and a new 2.3-acre park. Named after the legendary bodybuilder Charles Atlas, who lived nearby, it transformed an old industrial site into a welcoming outdoor shopping experience.
