Between songs he talked about his fourth studio album, Thatâs Just Me, due September 18 on Nashville Harbor Records. The 19-track record was produced with Dann Huff and includes âMy Way,â lead single âThink As You Drunk,â âGo Againâ with Hannah McFarland, âImagine That,â and the title track, plus collaborations with Brooks and Dunn, Randy Owen of Alabama, and Jake Worthington.
He also discussed joining Season 30 of NBCâs The Voice as a coach, premiering September 21 alongside Kelly Clarkson, Adam Levine, and Queen Latifah, and mentioned Voice host Carson Daly. Green talked about his well-known tour dog, Carl the Cowboy Corgi, a Corgi and Blue Heeler mix who travels with him, appears in meet-and-greets, and stars in the Think As You Drunk video.
The Jacksonville, Alabama native is a former Jacksonville State quarterback, ACM New Male Artist of the Year, and the voice behind hits including There Was This Girl, I Wish Grandpas Never Died, Different Round Here with Luke Combs, Worst Way, and his Ella Langley duets. In 2026 he also made his acting debut as former Navy SEAL Garrett on the CBS series Marshals.
