Air views of city, airport, outer and inner harbors, dock and airport facilities at Reykjavik. Shows U.S. Navy air station, prefabricated housing construction, Norwegian Air Force Detachment headquarters. A violent gale inflicts damage to vessels and amphibious aircraft at Skage Fjord. Animated diagrams of defense facilities, and allied naval vessels at Hafnarfjordhur (?). Shows a naval convoy on way to Halifax and a mid-ocean vessel refueling operation.
