Octopath Traveler - All Final Bosses in Chapter 4.
After these bosses, there is one true boss fight but you gotta be very high level, I'll post a vid as soon as I beat it!

Some fights were epic, other were a bit disappointing (im looking at you Alfyn). My favorite battle was Mattias, the fact he's talks to Ophilia while fighting him, it's really cool.
This was also the case for Darius but sadly there weren't any voice acting.

I'd say that secret jobs made the fights easier.
