This is the strategy to beat Winnehild, the Warbringer:
First, there is one requirement: the Runelord Job, if you don't know how to beat the Runeblade I made a video, check it out!
Then, give Runelord to Tressa. This combo alone will make the fight so much easier: do "Transfer Rune" then "Sidestep", you can even boost Sidestep, this ability combined to Transfer will give 100% dodge to all of your characters, you can apply it multiple times!
As you can see in the video, near the end all my characters had like 6-7 Sidesteps!
