YO so here's all the parts i had done that i hadn't uploaded before my laptop broke itself lmao uh
i forgot how difficult writing descriptions is LOL
i have no idea what my candy/fx editing will look like now that it's been, uh, four months since i've done it, so wish me luck ig lmao. also, ik i just came back, but unfortunately i'm gonna be leaving some studios - despite really missing editing i enjoyed having more free time to do other things like write, read more, fucking clean my house LOL, so i think lowering the amount of studios i'm in will not only help keep me mentally sound but also will help keep the quality of my edits up! that's the goal anyways. so unfortunately, here are the studios i am leaving:

yall this shit took me nearly a week and 241 layers please give me the validation i crave,
ANYWAYS this is for CFS new years worm but i really wanted to post this separately here too!! when i went into the worm i knew i wanted to try new things and give a good send off to 2019 so....thats what i tried to do here! get ready for a long description ahead hoooooo boy
2019..........was really hard. the beginning of this year was brutal on me mentally, and i really kind of shut myself off from the world for awhile. a lot of this year was spent trying to recover from the first few months but you know? i think ive come out a lot better for it. i went from barely being able to work one job to working two, i went from not being able to find anything better than shit jobs to working at a bank, i went from barely having the energy to keep me and kyles room clean to being able to work a 10 hour shift, come home, clean, cook, and then go out with friends afterwards.... and im really proud of that!!!
kyle and i found a place were moving to. we celebrated 8 years together this month. i turned 23, i got my drivers permit, i found a medication that actually helps with some of my chronic health problems.
i allowed myself to start moving, again. i started writing more i wrote over 300k /this year/. i started publishing fic more, too i published over 40 fics this year! i finished my first longfic at 84k. i started being active on discord again (as much as i can be, lol) and somehow kept up with all my hobbies over the last couple of months.
i allowed myself to finally talk to people again. i reconnected and became close again with some of my best friends on the planet (super big shout out to PCS for beta testing the shit out of this and listening to me complain about doing this for the past week LOL, you guys are really the best and im lucky to know you) and though tragedy really hurt us earlier this year, i think weve all become closer because of it.
and while i binged vrains last year, and had to watch it come to a close this year, it impacted my year /so heavily/ i couldnt not do a video like this for the end of the year. idk where id be without this show, honestly. it resparked my creative drive 1000%. it brought me closer to so many friends, and introduced me to new ones. it gave me a new hobby i love dearly id never been into the TCG until vrains. it made me laugh, and cry, and honest to god fucking WEEP and more than all that it allowed me to heal. from not just the horror of the first couple months of the year but from my past, too; because of this series, i could finally start moving forward in the way that id been trying to for years. my third tattoo is ryokens, for gods sake lmao.
and datastorm.... i always say it, but they mean so much to me. idk if theyll ever beat silver/lyra, but man, they come close pff. i had to end the year doing my best to show my love for them, and you know?
im actually pretty proud of this, haha. i actually enjoyed editing it mostly LOL and really think it came out well :) ryoken and yusaku are two of my absolute favorite character ever, and the bond and relationship they have is so beautiful, but i wanted to portray the lighter side to it the side that might come now that everything is settled in canon. i hope, if you havent already, you give vrains (and my children oh god i love them) a try, and if you do, i hope you enjoy it!

yup, this is all ive edited since about midway through march. kinda depressing when you think about how long my mep collections used to be, but, well, its not without good reason.
it took me awhile, after march, to try and get back up on the proverbial horse, and even once i had i was still struggling - fact is, i worked two jobs over the whole summer and am currently looking for a different second job, and on top of that i just do a lot more other than editing now. during my random breaks in 2018, i realized that like... i wasnt finding time for my other hobbies, or things irl that i wanted to do. im trying to split myself a bit better, but since im still healing from everything, its difficult.
i wont bore you too much but just know that i probably will never stop editing lol, even if i dont do it as often as i used to. its something that has always made me really happy and i think ill always have that urge when i hear a song that /really/ fits a ship or smth. i dont think thats ever going away, so you dont have to worry about that.
all that being said, i apologize, as always, for my lack of being... present, still. your patience with me is so incredibly kind and idk how ill ever repay yall later, but just know, im getting there. im learning to like... be happy, again, and be a person? its a difficult thing lol but im getting there.
anyways, to lighten things up a bit, did yall see the clerith part? the ff7 remake has got me HYPED. i love ff7 to death and am SO excited to play it all over again, even if things are different this time around. idk if yall will be surprised or not surprised that i ship clerith a ton, but yeah, super big fan lol.
