The oldest cars of the New York City Subway are currently the Pullman-Standard built (and Morrison-Knudsen rebuilt) R-46 cars, that reached 50 years of service this year.
This past month I rode 140 of the 426 cars left in service – just about 33% of the fleet. Here are some of the video clips taken during these rides.
