Mrs. Tibbs had moved to a new house on the line leading to the clay pits at Brendam after living at Tidmouth. She found Tidmouth to be very noisy and busy and wants to get away from it all. However she was shocked to find that she has to share the land with Bill and Ben who would often whistle at the level crossing close by, as it is regulations.
