'Tenders for Henry' based on the story by the Rev.W.Awdry from the book 'Enterprising Engines'. I know this story did have a S3 adaptation but this is more like what if it were accurate if Flying Scotsman had a full on model appearance.

Gordon was feeling sad and the Fat Controller had invited Flying Scotsman to cheer him up. Everyone got on well with Flying Scotsman except for Henry when it comes to tenders.
