Drove from Spokane, WA to Monroe, WA starting in the wee hours of the a.m. to arrive at 10 a.m. for opening. The line looked long, but it moved fairly quickly and could have been much longer. I felt surprised at how large the expo was, because I expected something a bit smaller. The venue was Evergreen State Fairgrounds near Seattle, WA and vendors came from all over WA and OR and probably other places as well. The tarantula booths were crowded, particularly after an hour post-opening. I took too long considering an M. balfouri communal of 5 or 6 slings and they were grabbed right in front of me by a lucky guy when I arrived at the booth. You snooze, you lose! LOL.
