In the early '90's, Norfolk Southern usually ran three steam excursions on Columbus Day weekend: two half-day round trips from Roanoke to Walton on Saturday, and one round trip from Roanoke to Bluefield on Sunday. This is the Saturday morning trip in October 1993.
