Welcome to part 1 of my ENERGY SERIES where I review drinks, shots, and supplements (over the counter) which claim to give you more energy.
The most common energy products are Rell Bull, Monster, Rockstar, and 5 Hour Energy... but I wanted to kick this series off with a BANG! The Whole Foods "Charged", a male power supplement which contains strong energy and stamina ingredients. Even though it is marketed for "intimacy" purposes, many of the supplement/health/ body building websites I researched mentioned this pill would be a good everyday addition to keeping energy up... with no mention of dramatic side effects (or any effects at all according to at least one site).
However, my personal experience varied GREATLY from what the web had to say... (watch this episode to find out!).
I wrote Whole Foods & pleaded with them to take this product off the shelves before it kills someone.
