Have you ever had a nutrition goal that you felt was too hard to accomplish? Leah Groppo, MS, RD, addresses 5 common pitfalls we make when trying to implement nutrition related goals. She will also focus on how to make our health changes more sustainable.

Leah Groppo, MS, RD, BC-ADM, CDCES, is a Registered Dietitian, Board Certified in Advanced Diabetes Management, and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. She is a Clinical Dietitian in Stanford’s Endocrinology Clinic and Diabetes Care Program.
