Traditional foods, bone broths, organ meats, fermented foods, raw milk, and other density rich foods runs contrary to much of what we have learned about healthy eating. But if you think back to an earlier time, before much of our food has become industrialized, there were no such foods that were fat free versions of highly saturated foods. In fact, there's an entire school of thought as advanced by the Weston Price Foundation that advocates a return to traditional nutrient dense foods as a means of achieving optimum health.
