I've literally been looking for every excuse ever to use Maid Marian for two reasons. One, I'm absolute furry trash and two, she's just an adorable character all around.
This is my MEP part for DGS’ upcoming MEP where the theme is judged love.
Plot:
Maid Marian has been ruler of her kingdom for some time now despite her cursed appearance. Her subjects and guests who attend parties look at her differently for being a ruler with such features. Features which she does not wish to change. Despite the cruel world around her she finds comfort in her partner, Dimitri who sees her as the most beautiful person on the planet. Their love is judged as frowned upon yet it never puts Marian down when she sees the way Dimitri looks at her.
Marian finds herself out on a balcony one evening after some disconcerting stares and glares were sent her way during one of her balls. Elaborating to her partner, she explains how their love may be looked down upon, and even they have their doubts, but together they’re far stronger.
