In this video, fitness coach Beverley Cheng will take you through a 25-minute routine that’s ideal for those days when it’s harder to get going. Starting with a feel-good warm-up, you’ll then move into three circuits that get a bit more challenging each time. All you’ll need is a resistance band to get started!
