From Sweden the hard rock band Europe, led by vocalist Joey Tempest, was taped in 1987. Founded in 1979 as Force, they changed their name to Europe in 1982 and became one of the most successful bands of the '80s. "The Final Countdown" was #1 in 25 countries. From Illinois REO Speedwagon achieved considerable success during the 1980s, selling 40 million records during their career. Neal Doughty, Kevin Cronin & Gary Rickrath talked with Stu.
