This week Schony747 is starting to feature some of the vision from the recent trip to England.
This week it's the Northern Rail Class 156 DMU passenger trains at Shildon. Shildon is served by an hourly service. It's also the station for Locomotion which is another site for the National Railway Museum collection. The Sprinter was built between 1987 and 1989. The 156 units were seen operating at various locations the United Kingdom. These days the 156 is limited to Northern Rail and Scotrail services. The signal box is still in use and controls movements in and out of the museum and signals close to the station.
