Hot and humid Tuesday. Especially where we get some sunshine, highs will try to climb to near 90 degrees, feeling more like the upper 90s at times. Times of rain/storms will still be possible through the day.
Heat advisories will be in place for western counties from 2 p.m. Tuesday to 8 p.m. Wednesday. The afternoon and early evening hours in that stretch will have the highest potential for a heat index approaching the upper 90s to near 100 degrees.
Similar conditions for Wednesday. 90s will be possible where we get some sun. Any showers and storms that pop up could put a brief damper on things. Wednesday looks to be the peak of our heat potential.
