Welcome back to YeeFit Adventures! (June1st - June 3rd, 2024). As the sun rose over the rim of the Grand Canyon in the early afternoon, I found myself standing at the trailhead of the North Kaibab Trail, heart pounding with anticipation. The vast expanse of the canyon stretched out before me, a majestic labyrinth of rugged cliffs and deep, shadowed crevices. With my backpack secured and my spirits high, I took my first step onto the trail, embarking on a journey that promised both challenge and wonder.
