The NordicTrack R35 Recumbent Bike has a large design that’s very solid and stable. The 14” touch screen streams iFIT workouts with a subscription, or you could just park this in front of your TV.
iFIT includes thousands of workouts all led by knowledgeable instructors. There aren’t any recumbent bike-specific workouts, but there are workouts filmed all over the world. These feature an instructor riding a bike while guiding you through various locations.
The R35 is heavy and hard to move. There isn’t a handle at the rear to help lift it up to engage the front wheels. With its size and weight, it’s best to keep it in a designated spot where you plan on using it.
The R35 is quiet with 26 levels of adjustable magnetic resistance. The tension offers plenty of range to pedal against. The pedals are simple with straps to secure your feet. The seat is like sitting in a chair, which is why the R35 Recumbent Bike is best for those with mobility issues.
