Welcome to the first video in my new series of videos focusing on ringtones on older or vintage mobile phones. The aim of this new ringtone series is to invoke the nostalgia that comes with hearing older mobile ringtones which all of us have heard and made use of at some point in my life. Over time I will cover Nokia Ringtones, Motorola Ringtones, Sony Ericsson Ringtones, Samsung Ringtones, LG Ringtones, Apple Ringtones and so on. We are starting things off with the Nokia 3390 Ringtones. The Nokia 3390 and Nokia 3310 are basically identical devices but do have some different ringtones so I will be covering the 3310 separately.
The 3390 is just the US variant of the Legendary Nokia 3310 and has minor differences such as the network gsm bands and so on.
It runs the old school Nokia OS which is neither Nokia Symbian or Nokia Series 40 but is a well known OS that has been a staple for Nokia phones for years! It is also just as durable as the Nokia 3310 and fits the Nokia 3310 Memes just fine. The 3390 is not a super rare Nokia or highly sought after collectors item but is definitely a major part of any phone collectors phone collection.
Nevertheless, it is indeed a vintage Nokia or retro Nokia, which a lot of people probably once owned at some point.
These are not considered rare phones or collectible phones but I am still keeping them in my phone collection since they are considered as a vintage phones or retro phones.
My collection also includes Nokia Prototypes, Blackberry Prototypes, Motorola Prototypes, Sony Ericsson prototypes, Sony Prototypes, HTC Prototypes, Rare Nokia and other rare developer devices! These phones are no Android 11 or Android 12 powerhouses and It also ain't no iPhone 13 Pro Max, Google Pixel 6, Lumia 950Xl, Lumia 1520, Lumia 1020, Google Pixel 6 Pro, Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, Motorola Edge S or OnePlus 8T but are definitely interesting phones on their own!
