No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake
Strawberry Cheesecake with jelly on top (without oven, without egg, Easy dessert recipe)

Biscuits 80 g (2.8 oz)
Melted butter 2 tbsp (30 g)

Cream cheese 200 g (7 oz) (room temperature)
Sugar 3 tbsp (40 g)
Lemon juice 1 tsp (5 g)
Plain yogurt (or Greek yogurt) 2 tbsp (30 g=1 oz)
Gelatin 4 g
Heavy cream 1/2 cup (120 ml) (cold temperature)
Strawberry puree 1/3 cup (80ml=90 g)

Cream cheese 100 g (3.5 oz) (room temperature)
Sugar 2 tbsp (25 g)
Lemon juice 1 tsp (5 g)
Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp (2 g)
Plain yogurt (or Greek yogurt) 2 tbsp (30 g=1 oz)
Heavy cream 2 tbsp (30 ml)
Gelatin 2 g

Strawberry puree 1/2 cup (130 g)
Gelatin 3 g

*PLEASE READ*
Mould (Mousse ring) size: ø15 cm (6 inches)
Heavy cream can be replaced with whipping cream
Cream cheese should be at room temperature
