Mascarpone 200 g (7 oz)
Sugar 5 tbsp (60 g)
Lemon juice 1 tbsp (15 ml)
Plain yogurt (or Greek yogurt) 1/2 cup (120 g)
Gelatin 5 g
Heavy cream 1/2 cup (120 ml)

2 egg yolks
Sugar 4 tbsp (50 g)
Lemon juice 3 tbsp (45 ml)
Butter 2 tbsp (30 g)
Gelatin 2 g

Heavy cream 1/4 cup (60 ml)
Sugar 1/2 tbsp (6 g)
