You weren't meant to consume this quantity of trauma. You were not meant to shoulder every single burden on your own. It's understandable that you're overwhelmed.
Social permaculture acknowledges and ADDRESSES the reality that caring for the Earth, caring for others, designing a better world requires us to care for ourselves. Overwhelm shuts down our ability to do the good work of regenerating the planet and fixing society's problems and it also destroys our capacity to experience joy and connection in this one wild life we get to lead. So what do we do?
The answer is found in the permaculture principle: Slow, Small Solutions.
