As the Coronavirus (Covid-19) grips New York City, so many young people have suddenly found themselves out of work and struggling to pay the rent. That's when one Brooklyn landlord, Mario Salerno, decided to do something to try and help his 200 tenants. He placed notices on the doors of his 80 buildings, informing all his tenants that they did not have to pay rent for the month of April and to use the money to buy food or help their neighbors. Colm Flynn travels to Brooklyn to meet the angel landlord of New York.
