Fr. John Molloy from Ennis, Co. Clare, has been working with the people of Monte Sinai, Ecuador. The township lies outside the city of Guayaquil and consists of shanty huts made out of bits of wood and scrap metal.

The Ecuadorian township has many problems, such as crime, hunger, lack of education, sexual & physical assaults, and so on. Fr. John and the Catholic Church do anything they can to help the people of the township, trying to turn their lives around.
