Ingredients:
40ml espresso (2 shots)
420ml water
3/4 tsp agar powder
2 tbsp coconut sugar
80g cacao paste
500ml almond milk
40ml maple syrup
400ml coconut milk
NO2 whip cream charger
Instructions:
1. put espresso, water, agar powder and coconut sugar together in a sauce pan and gently bring to a boil.
2. pour the mixture into a tin and leave it in a fridge.
3. put cacao paste, almond milk and maple syrup in a sauce pan and warm it up on a low heat until cacao paste melts.
4. prepare coconut whip cream with cream charger.
5. put coffee jelly, cacao drink and coconut whip cream in a glass.
6. Enjoy!

「材料」
エスプレッソ 40ml

粉寒天 小さじ3/4
パームシュガー 大さじ2
カカオマス 80g
濃いアーモンドミルクほんのり黒糖味 500ml
メープルシロップ 40ml
ココナッツミルク 400ml
窒素クリームチャージャー 1本
「作り方」
1、エスプレッソ、水、粉寒天、パームシュガーを鍋に入れ、沸騰直前まで温めます。
2、型に流し入れ、冷蔵庫で冷やします。
3、カカオマス、アーモンドミルク、メープルシロップを鍋に入れ、カカオマスが溶けるまで弱火で温めます。
4、ココナッツクリームを窒素クリームチャージャーで作ります。
5、ガラスのカップに盛りつけます。
6、エンジョーイ!
