From the same creator of Hige To Coin (watch it here: youtube.com/watch?v=G_ArFkZuKgg&t=90s), here we have "No" (I'm serious, it's its game title). The developer is Cobin and he developed this game in 2017.
Probably he decided to call this game "No" because of the round shaped hiragana, in order to use cat's ears as a decoration for that hiragana used in the title, so that the title looks like a face cat overall, who knows..
BTW this game has only one level and it's a clone of City Connection. However, many things are missing, such as oil cans, warp balloons, cat obstacles and spikes. Cats here replace vehicles, the light blue ones are slower and the red ones faster.
As in original game, you must color all the road by riding the car upon it. Game is over after crushing onto an enemy or when time expires.
