Can you do both? Combining weighted leg training and calisthenics or bodyweight skills is somewhat contradictory. Commonly, calisthenics is associated with skipping and having skinny legs as it gives the biggest benefit for the sport. However, I want to push both ends and see if I can maintain these skills and flexibility whilst getting a double bodyweight squat.
