Pinholes, little voids or bubles in your carbonfiber parts is sometimes inevitable.
Even if you did your upper best, sometimes after demoulding you get this unpleasant surprize.
But there is a way to fix it!
1. Sand your part, can be with a coarse grit like 150
2. Degrease and clean
3. Mix some clearcoat, do not use thinner
4. Put some clear in your biggest voids an let it cure
5. sand flat
6. Add a layer of clear with spraygun, can be pretty rough an thick
7. Sand flat to a finer grit, 600p
8.All your pinholes should be fillled, if not repeat previous steps
9.Add your final layer of clear
There is an other way using epoxy, I'll show you this in an other video!
