Note the discussion at the 4:50 mark. Participants found a NUMBER of bugs during this contest, both with Tempest Strike and with Gathering Storm. I think we'll see a lot more of these skills in the future though -- the ideas that people were cooking up sounded awesome, even though some of them ended up not actually functioning in-game because of a bug.
