11/22/2024 Monterey Bay
The atmospheric river has been hitting the West Coast. It's been months since I've been back to the beach for surf fishing. I wanted see if I could catch some perch before the storm makes it down my way. The wave energy looked reasonable according to the forecast but it was a bit sketchy out there.

Since I upgraded the gaming laptop I wanted to try improving the video quality for this video. Shot at 4K 60 fps with 10-bit D-Log on the DJI Action 4. I used DJI's Vivid LUT from their website and didn't do any additional color grading.

The battery drained pretty fast. We'll see if I'll keep shooting at 60 fps for backpacking trips.
